Positive Intelligence (PQ) pairs an app-based program with facilitation and coaching to further enhance participant’s mental fitness.

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

App-based program

My achiever clients are the first to ask, what else can I be doing to improve self-awareness and increase self-knowledge between coaching sessions? The PQ training app is the answer and provides six weeks of daily exercises along with new weekly video content to support and enhance mental fitness.

PQ Pod

The PQ program works best when 3-5 individuals create a pod and commit to the entire six week training which includes a weekly facilitated conversation to support growth and new learning. Many clients continue to use the app and meet with their pod-mates at the end of the six weeks to sustain mental fitness.

PQ Coaching

Individual and group coaching leverages the concepts and tools of Positive Intelligence to address barriers that may slow improvement to mental fitness and to support new goals and desired changes that result from new insights. Individuals benefit from the support of a coach trained in PQ to help maximize their efforts.

Fee Structures and Time Commitment

The six-week PQ app-based training program is offered at a reduced rate for 1:1 coaching clients and group pods. If you want to improve the overall mental fitness of your team, department or business group facilitation and coaching can also be paired.
